The movers were awesome! Fast and efficient! The person on the phone who booked the appointment never told us about the 3% up charge is we use a card to pay. We would have got cash to avoid the extra fees if we had been told. The manager Milton called me personally later that day to apologize and they refunded the extra fees I was charged.. Absolutely Stellar customer service..

All in all the crew did a good job moving my house especially since the day we moved on July 3 it was over 100° but I do have one bone to pick that I found out the night of my move. My king size bed frame was not tightened down all the way and now rocks. Each side of the frame has 3 nuts and three bolts only 2 nuts and bolts were attached on each side. One bolt doesn’t have a nut on the end of it. Now if there’s a problem with missing parts, don’t you think that they should come to the owner and say hey look here’s the deal… nothing was said to me. I just don’t understand how you can just leave a bedframe like that especially since I’m 70 years old and live by myself and I don’t have anybody else that can help me tighten it down properly. UPDATE: soon after I posted this review Milton called me from Marathon and insisted on making it right so he came right out that day and took care of tightening down the headboard. Thanks Milton. Great job.

This was one of the most flawless moves we have ever experienced. The movers were professional, helpful and made sure to take care of our stuff but even more importantly they made sure to take care of us. They checked in on us and it was evident they care about the people. They were very quick and efficient but they were careful and did not rush. We will definitely use them again.
